この大会エンブレムは、香川の県鳥であるホトトギスをモチーフとしています。翼の羽は、日本の８地域を表し、広げた両翼は、本大会の今後のさらなる発展を願うものであります。また、県木であるオリーブの葉は、大会参加チーム数の３２枚で構成されています。

The motif of this rally emblem is the little cockoo which is a prefecture bird in Kagawa.The wing feather shows 8 areas of Japan and as for both opened wings, we ask for further development of the future of this rally.Also, the leaf of the olive which is a prefectural tree is composed of 32 sheets of the numbers of the rally participation teams.
